Fruity Frozen Yoghurt Cheesecake (#notevencheesecake)

If you are ever going to get away with eating dessert at breakfast, this is your chance!

2 cups low fat natural yoghurt

1/2 cup frozen berries

1 frozen banana, chopped

5-6 pieces frozen mango chunks

3/4 cup macadamia meal (blend or process whole macadamia's if you can't find the meal)

1 1/2 scoops vanilla protein

1/2 cup blended oats

50g butter/coconut oil, melted

Blend together the yoghurt, berries, banana and mango until smooth (stop here is you want a delish smoothie!).

In a separate bowl, add macadamia meal, protein powder, oats and melted butter and stir together to form a crumb.

In one large pan, or a few small ramekins, press the crumb into the base of a pan so its tightly packed. Next, pour the yoghurt blend over the crumb. Pop into the freezer and freeze until solid (about 3 hours  for small individuals, about 5 hrs for one big pan).

Ta Daaa! Allow to defrost frost a few minutes before serving-yoghurt gets a bit icy in the freezer! A delicious, simple and pretty darn healthy dessert!
